We are Emily and Brandon, the faces behind Nomad Neighbors. Our journey into the RV world started with a leap of faith, a flight from New Orleans to California to pick up a dream rig we barely knew how to drive, and a very literal "sinking feeling" when we got stuck in soft sand on our very first night.
A kind couple pulled us out that night, and in that moment, we realized that the best part of life on the road isn't the views - it’s the neighbors you meet along the way.
That’s why we started this business. We never want you to feel stranded, overwhelmed, or unprepared on your journey. We operate as your neighbors on the road, treating your rig with the care it deserves and meeting you with zero judgment, whether you’re a total beginner or a seasoned pro facing a tough breakdown.
When you work with us, we lay our cards on the table. You’ll get clear communication from the first diagnostic to the final repair - no hidden fees, no jargon, and no vague promises. But we don’t just want to fix the problem and leave; we want to put you in control of your machine. Emily | The Visionary & The Heart
Emily is the engine that keeps Nomad Neighbors humming. With a professional background in digital construction for a major tech company, she brings a "business savvy" edge to the mobile tech world.
She’s the master creative and visionary behind the larger "Neighbors" brand, balancing the books while keeping the team centered.
When she isn't navigating the digital landscape, Emily is a meditation and spiritual coach, a nature journaler, and a lifelong wildlife lover. As our resident 'centering force,' Emily uses her background in mindfulness and nature-based wisdom to keep our mission on track. She believes that a well-run business should exist in harmony with its surroundings, bringing a thoughtful, intuitive energy to every neighborly interaction.
Brandon | The Expert & The Fixer
Brandon is a "fiddler" by nature and a problem-solver by trade. A certified RV technician through the NRVTA and RVTAA, he spent over 15 years mastering the crafts of brewing, distilling, and coffee roasting - industries where precision and mechanical intuition are everything.
He’s a true jack-of-all-trades with a specialty in water systems and a particular expertise in hydro-jetting RV grey and black tanks (making the "dirty work" look easy).
When he’s not under a rig or troubleshooting a complex repair, you’ll find him picking a banjo or playing guitar. Brandon’s goal is simple: to use his 15+ years of mechanical experience to make sure your systems are running smoother than a well-aged bourbon.
More Than Just a Repair
Nomad Neighbors is the first step in a much bigger dream. We are building a community-focused "Neighbors" brand that will eventually include a brewstillery, a retreat center, and a sustainable farmstead.
We travel with our "best boy," Hank and two reformed New Orleans street kitties, and we plan our service areas around where we’re camped. If we’re in your neck of the woods, we’re more than just your technicians - we’re your neighbors.
