I was connected to and received a call from Brandon. He came to my location within the hour and addressed all of my concerns. He meticulously went over all of the issues giving me a thorough explanation for what he thought they were and how he was going to correct them. Best part of all, he honored the warranty contract and required no upfront payment that would have left me responsible for getting reimbursed by keystone.
