I was connected to and received a call from Brandon. He came to my location within the hour and addressed all of my concerns. He meticulously went over all of the issues giving me a thorough explanation for what he thought they were and how he was going to correct them. He was here for well over 3 hours, making sure that everything was in working order, prior to leaving. Best part of all, he honored the warranty contract and required no upfront payment that would have left me responsible for getting reimbursed by keystone. Found ourselves at Wasatch Mt. State Park. Two dead coach batteries. Up creek w/o paddle early in our trip. Our camp host recommended another camp host in Wasatch who is certified, insured and bonded as RV tech. We gave him mission impossible and he absolutely rose to the occasion (removing and replacing 2 - 70 lb batteries under the rig, from the ground). He was thorough, conscientious and congenial, including answering arguably unrelated RV questions! Very reasonably priced (on his day off) and went way out of his way on Labor Day Monday to find an open supplier, and drive to SLC to secure same.
We were amazed and thankful and HIGHLY recommend without reservation.
